The project is built on the hands-on experience of professionals who have been operating for over twenty-five years in the management of administrative acts and penalties, working closely with Public Authorities.

Founder & CEO
Managing Highway Code fines since 2001. Previously owner and prosecutor of SerCom and, since 2014, of Euten: companies that have handled millions of fines for authorities such as Arezzo, Taranto, and Milan.
Dott. Fabrizio Battistoni
Administrative Consultant
At Euten since 2010. Extensive experience in public and private contracts, in the preparation of procurement procedures, and in the administrative dynamics related to sanctions management.
Avv. Tiziana Siciliani
Sanctions Litigation
Lawyer specializing in administrative sanctions and the Highway Code. Counsel for numerous public entities, he has handled over 20,000 administrative and judicial appeals.
Lorenzo Durante
IT & Project Manager at Transigo
Since 2014, he has been overseeing technology development and processes. He was IT Manager and PM at SerCom, Euten, and Gruppo Labconsulenze, with management experience in sanctions management.

He has been working in the sector since 2010 as a data processing specialist dedicated to the processing of sanctions at the CDS. He currently coordinates the operational flows of the Transigo data processing center.

Active in the sector since 2014, she has experience at SerCom and Euten in providing multilingual assistance to foreign recipients. She currently leads the Support department at Transigo.
